## Pros
- Provides immediate relief and continuous support for a better sleep experience.
- Significant improvement in sleep quality noted after switching from an old spring mattress.
- Soft enough for proper alignment of hips and shoulders, yet firm enough to prevent sinking.
- Easy to purchase and set up, especially convenient for indecisive buyers.
- Surprisingly comfortable and well-made right out of the box.
- Minimal odor upon unpacking that airs out quickly.
- Recommended for those seeking a reasonably priced mattress that is easy to assemble.

## Cons
- Mattress construction issues, such as tears in the lining upon opening.
- Tends to sag significantly after nearly two years of use.
- Floppy corners and sides result in a lack of support.
- Cooling gel feature does not provide the noticeable cooling effect as advertised.
- Zipper on the mattress cover is of subpar quality, often encountering issues.
- Mattress may feel somewhat 'used' and may not satisfy those who prefer soft mattresses.
